Cuernos del Paine

Close up of the Cuernos (Horns) de Paine, with the South and Central Towers catching the sunlight behind. The layered formation of the Cuernos is due to a granite intrusion forcing up older black sedimentary rock leaving the distinctive black caps. Glacial erosion has done the rest.
