Suri Sikuris dancer
Suri Sikuris is a ceremonial dance originally from the altiplano regions of Bolivia and was associated with the hunting of rheas (a small South American version of the ostrich, known as suris). It is also commonly danced at weddings and inaugurating the building of houses. More modern versions for the larger commercial carnivals have evolved spectacular huge headdresses.
