Presencias Tutelares statues near Arica, Region XV , Chile
The Presencias Tutelares or Guardian Spirits are a collection of concrete sculptures on the summit plain of the Cuesta de Acha approx 27km south of Arica. They were made in 1997 by the Chilean sculptor Juan Díaz Fleming, financed by the state arts council Fondart.
