Fabian's lizard / Lagartija de Fabian (Liolaemus fabiani)
Also known as Yanez's tree iguana, the species is named after the Chilean ecologist Fabián Jaksic. It is endemic to the Salar de Atacama in northern Chile. This image shows the more unusual yellow colour form.
