Echinopsis atacamensis (pasacana subspecies) cacti and sedimentary congolmerate rock formation, Incahuasi Island, Salar de Uyuni, Bolivia
The crust on top of the rock is made of stromatolite / fossilised maritime deposits, formed when the Salar and its islands were covered by the huge prehistoric Lakes Minchin and Tauca.
