22º halo and infralateral arc above the city of La Paz, Bolivia
I think this image shows an infralateral (rather than a circumhorizon) arc below the main halo as it curves up more obviously above the horizon. The image may also show the circumscribed halo more clearly; a slightly oval shaped halo superimposed over the main circular one and a brighter white in the lower part.
