Devotees carry Santo Sepulcro / Crucified Christ during Good Friday procession , Cusco , Peru
The red colour on the coffin are ñucchu flowers, which are local to the Cusco region and flower around Easter time. They are said to represent the blood of Christ and are thrown over the dead body of Jesus and crucifixes during Easter.
