Cochabamba in central Bolivia is Bolivia's 4th largest city and the capital of Cochabamba Department. Set in a wide valley at an altitude of 2,560m / 8,395ft it is also known as the "City of Eternal Spring" due to its pleasant mild climate, locals often call it "La Llajta" ("town" in Quechua).
