A water level gauge at Guaqui Port showing a reading of close to 30, taken on September 9th 2023, Puerto Guaqui, Lake Titicaca, Bolivia

Puerto Guaqui is in the southern part of the Inner Lake / Huiñay Marka, La Armada de Bolivia (the Bolivian Navy) have a base there. In normal dry seasons the reading would be closer to 60, you can also see level lines on the dock of the naval base in the background.
