Buddleja coriacea or kiswara tree, Capachica Peninsula, Lake Titicaca, Peru
Buddleja coriacea is found in the high Andes of central and southern Peru and Bolivia at altitudes between 3400 and 4500m. It is commonly known locally as kiswara in Aymara and kiswar in Quechua (alternative spellings are quishuar, quisoar, quisuar, the names are often used for other Buddleja species as well). In Peru another name is colle.
