Chiri uchu is the traditional dish eaten for the Corpus Christi festival in Cusco. Other ingredients in the image in addition to roast guinea pigs (cuy) are chicken, rocoto chili peppers (Capsicum pubescens), cheese, omelettes (tortilla) and fish roe (hueva or huevera, bottom left).
