Blue fronted Amazon ( Amazona aestiva xanthopteryx )
Also called the turquoise-fronted amazon and blue-fronted parrot, common in drier tropical woodlands, open areas and savannah and a popular cage bird / pet. There are 2 subspecies, Amazona aestiva xanthopteryx is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay and northern Argentina and has a yellow shoulder / leading edge to wing. Local names: loro hablador, ajuru.
