Adult female plumbeous sierra-finch (Phrygilus unicolor)
Fairly common throughout the Andes from western Venezuela and Colombia to southern Chile and Argentina. Usually at higher altitudes (3000-4500m), lower in southern part of its range. Local names: yal plomizo, pájaro plomo, fringilo plomo.
