Khaisallo figure taking part in parades at Gran Poder festival with waca tokoris dance group, La Paz, Bolivia
The khaisallo (or carer of bulls) often takes part in the waca waca and waca tokoris dances. He carries a Spanish style sword and wears a bicorne type hat (as often worn by European offices in the late 18th and early 19th centuries).
